This is a two part question. 1. Can AutoSPRINK® deal with the system if the pump set located at the roof of high rise building (this case some times is required to reduce the pump set pressure capacity by utilizing the gravity effect)?  2. Can AutoSPRINK® deal with a system provided with a two fire pump sets located in different levels of high rise building that feeding a loop system?
Regarding your questions #1 & 2 about high-rise pumping systems,  when using AutoSPRINK, creating a 3D model of a fire sprinkler system is quite easy.  Because the system is drawn as a 3D model, all static head pressures (gain or loss due to gravity) are hydraulically calculated as they occur within a system.  Check point gauges can be added to any point of the virtual model to report static pressures anywhere in the network of piping to determine if prv’s are needed and if so at what pressures.  The hydraulic results will prove the adequacy of any pump and piping arrangement in a high-rise building, no matter how complex. There is really no limit as to how many pumps and/or supplies that can be combined in the design of a system.  The piping network can include looped or non-looped piping, or any combination of the two, to satisfy the demands of the project.
What other systems can utilize this software? (Foam deluge system, Water mist system, etc.)
A 3D model of any piping network or system type, can be designed in AutoSPRINK.  Deluge, Dry Pipe, PreAction, Water Cannon (Monitor Stations), Water-based mist systems or any water-based system can be hydraulically calculated utilizing the universally accepted Hazin-Williams formula.  The water supply and discharge piping of a foam system can also be calculated.  The foam piping itself, from the foam tanks to the proportioner valve can of course be designed in AutoSPRINK.  The calculations for this foam piping are generally provided by the equipment manufacturer.
