Column Line

Similar to the bay lines in blue prints, Column Lines can be used to layout a grid for the precise and even placement of columns. Bubbles are useful as reference points in a drawing to show where columns are to be placed, but may be hidden from view in their assigned layer.

Properties:

  • Bubble Label: allows you to identify the selected column indicator.

  • Text Color: sets the color of the Bubble Label as it appears within the circle.

  • Bubble Font: sets the style of text for the Bubble Label as it appears within the circle.

  • Display Column Line: allows you to hide the column line while retaining the bubble.

  • Bubble Position: allows you to place a bubble at both ends, either end, or removes the bubble altogether.

  • Bubble Shape: allows you to adjust the appearance of the bubble to conform to your design.

Note: The field for the bubble label can also be used to specify a particular user defined format for labeling.
