Battery Calculations

The Battery Calculations Report compiles parts information and computes current requirements for a selected panel before equipping the cursor to place the data, in chart form, into the drawing.

From the Battery Calculations dialog (image on left), choose the desired panel from the Battery Calculation Source Selection list.  For this example, the first Control Panel, P1, is selected.  Please note that only one Control Panel can be selected at a time.

If desired, customize the Title field.  If this field is left alone, the title will read:  Battery Calculations for Panel: P1 (or whatever panel is chosen from the list).  Just as in a word processing program, the Font button allows users to change the report's font type, style and size.

The last option, Include job information, is turned on by default, but can be turned off.  As a result, the Battery Calculations Report will display the Job number, company name, etc. below the title.  Job information assigned in the Settings Menu/Job Submenu will appear in this report, as long as this option is turned on.

The resulting report contains complex calculation data, some of which may not be necessary for every user.  The report comprises considerable space in the drawing, so its contents may need adjustments.  By default, both overall and individual battery calculations display in the report.  View all available column headers in the image above.
Double-click anywhere on the report to pull up the Text Table Properties page.  From this page, make any changes to the report's title, data, etc.
