Access the Appliance Base's Default Properties Page below
via the Initiating Device's (or another AlarmCAD for AutoCAD device requiring
a base) main Properties Page.
The Appliance Base dialog holds description, current, cost, and appearance information for those AlarmCAD for AutoCAD appliances requiring bases, such as the initiator.
Users can select the base by its Parts Number in the drop-down menu. Alternatively, users can filter the base by its Type, Description, and Size, if applicable. Notice how the parts number corresponds to the choices made in the other categories.
For additional information about adding a new appliance base to the Parts Database, click here.
Assign the base's standby
and/or alarm current values within
this dialog box. The
default values are shown on the left. The 'Reset' button will restore
the default standby and base current values. Any standby and/or alarm
current values previously entered in the Parts Database can be overridden
using this dialog box.
For those including appliance
base and labor costs in Stock Listing or other reports, values are assigned
in the Costs dialog box, shown at left. This may look familiar to the
Appliance Material Page for other
appliances.
The Subscript field accommodates up to ten characters or digits. Entries in this field display below the base in the drawing. Any modifications here can be reset to default value, which is nil.
Click the Cut Sheet button at the bottom of the dialog to open an Adobe Reader .pdf file with the manufacturer's specifications.
