Print Alarm Report (Comments)              

Access: File / Print Alarm Reports / Comments

The Comments report displays notes that you have attached to individual elements in your drawing. (This is done using the Set Appliance Text function on the Commands menu.) Data includes unique element ID, address, description, and user comments added (if any).

Generate report data as follows:

• If desired, enter a title for the report in the Title field.

• To include job information in the header, make sure the Include Job Information box is checked. (Job settings are maintained in the Job Settings dialog box.)

• Click OK to preview the report, or click Cancel to exit without running the report.
